Our fees
We would like to explain in brief detail how we charge for our services.
For some of our services, there is a fixed scale of charges. In particular, this applies to most company formation, compliance work for Company Secretarial matters and payroll bureau work. In addition, wherever possible, we try to agree a fixed fee for other assignments – such as the preparation of VAT returns, bookkeeping or annual accounts.
Our charge rates, which are revised each year, differ according to each category of personnel in the firm working on your affairs. Secretarial services work will normally be charged for at a rate of £50 per hour. Work by other personnel, is charged for at varying rates from £25 to £85 per hour. Direct disbursements including postage, photocopying and fax charges are also billed for.
We believe that our pricing structure is both fair and transparent, designed to avoid any surprises on fee matters We will endeavour to bill you as the work is undertaken and in most cases we will ask you for payments on account during the currency of the work. In some cases, we will ask for a retainer on account at the outset. All our fee requests are payable upon receipt - we offer credit card and fee funding facilities to make it easier for you.
